An elephant mid-sit, trunk raised, rendered in faceted low-polygon geometry. The large flat planes catch light and glaze differently from every angle, making this an interesting focal point of any shelf. It doesn't look the same twice, depending on where you're standing. Purely decorative. 

Every Hammerly Ceramics piece is made by Curt and his team in his home studio near Denver, Colorado. Each design begins in 3D modeling software, is printed as a physical prototype, and used to create a custom plaster mold system. The HC logo is cast into the bottom of every mug alongside the year in which it was crafted. The cast pieces are then hand-cleaned, fired, glazed, and fired a final time in a computer-controlled gas kiln where the glazes come alive.

The result is high-fired, glazed porcelain: strong, non-porous, and built to last.
