Hammerly Ceramics' Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped with 5 business days.

***Please allow for 5 weeks maximum to make and ship Pre-Order pieces as they are made to order by Curt.***

Domestic Shipping

 All US and Canada orders will be shipped with UPS. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based the weight and dimensions of each order.

Canadian Shipping

 All Canada orders will be shipped with UPS of USPS based on customer preference. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based the weight and dimensions of each order.

International Shipping (Excluding Canada)

  All NON-US and NON-Canada orders will be shipped with DHL Express. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based the weight and dimensions of each order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Hammerly Ceramics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
