At 18 ounces, this handmade, geometric mug holds a full morning coffee or tea. The faceted body and matching handle were designed as a unit. This mug design has stood the test of time and it is the classic for a reason. The geometry carries through from the cup to the handle in a way that most mugs don't bother with.

Every Hammerly Ceramics piece is made by Curt and his team in his home studio near Denver, Colorado. Each design begins in 3D modeling software, is printed as a physical prototype, and used to create a custom plaster mold system. The HC logo is cast into the bottom of every mug alongside the year in which it was crafted. The cast pieces are then hand-cleaned, fired, glazed, and fired a final time in a computer-controlled gas kiln where the glazes come alive. 

The result is high-fired, glazed porcelain: strong, non-porous, and built to last.
